Witnessed a stupid cow today and her total fuckwit parking, for the first glasgow drivers who run into partick interchange, theyll know the turning into vine st, from dumbarton road.

This dumb bitch parked her car on the double yellows, right at the corner to go into speedy pc's, a no9 bendy then came round and got stuck because of this dumb bitch, and despite sounding his horn she continually ignored it, i crossed in front of the 9 and signalled to the driver id go into the shop, but thankfully i was beaten to it, by a more diplomatic guy, she got in her car and drove to just before the entrance to morrisons.

Would the driver get pulled up for an unnecessary delay? (i know how a bunch of wankers first bus managers are), if so and he or a mate is on here and needs a witness, drop me a pm on here.
