Scottish Passes to STAY
Scottish Government has said NO TO any change in the current service provide. Alas I believe some cut back in the scheme could help keep it a float.
* All Junkies lossing them
* No travel before 8.30am Or 09am in Glasgow and Edinburgh area, Half fares before this time.
If need must cut the free travel back to local council area Plus surrounding ones.
Or add 20p fare

Just shows that the Scottish Parliament is even more out of touch with reality than London. Sorry folks, but the Scottish Parliament & Welsh Assembly has to go. That'll save tens of millions a year straight away!

So, the English have to suffer higher charges to support the provinces that crave independence.
Give it to them I say. Full independence, let the ungrateful buggers fend for themselves.

Re: Scottish Passes to STAY
That is long since spent! Seems the Scottish Parliament wont be happy until everyone in Scotland, bar them is on the dole. Scotland is even more bankrupt than England. Expect councils to shut every swimming pool and leisure centre, or sell them off to the private sector, bin collections to go to 1 a month,no road repairs, street lighting turned off after 10pm...And everyone's council tax to go up with an allmighty wallop (25% at least). You Scottish folk really do have a bunch of windowlickers incharge, who clearly have no idea about finances.
They might even try and sell the country to that tramp like billionaire Brian Souter, and re name the country 'Souterland' LOL
