Rude Supermarket Staff

Today we had a typical experience of the rude, arrogant staff at our local supermarket. All we needed to do was them to reset the self serve till, but she was too busy fannying about with another till, and when my other half said 'excuse me', said staff member was rude. And we went to complain, and the checkout supervisor lied through her teeth. Methinks a complaint to head office will be going in. That store seems to have some of the rudest staff I have ever come accross in retail. If I had staff like that, I would sack them. I have 10 years experience in retail, (many in retail management), and would never dream of speaking to punters like that.

I was an extremely rude check-out operator in my previous life...I'm a good boy now and always polite to the punters

They actually have built in scales on them to prevent you doing that..Naughty...UNEXPECTED ITEM IN THE BAGGING AREA!

Those self service tills are a pain in the neck. Bought a sandwich in boots once and it spat the change from my tenner out in 20p's all over the floor!!

Looking for a job in one of the supermarkets at the moment, got 7 months experience in retail so should have a chance.........when I find a vacancy that is.

Couple of year ago whilst in the big A at Robroyston, we used the self scanners, it kept sticking so the fat guy came over and reset it, i git cheesed off with it and with him as he was ignoring me and talking to a mate so i said out loud, the next thing thats doesnt scan im putting in my bag as that staff member is too busy talking to deal with customers.... and it stuck again and again and again... walked out with just under £10 free shopping.... Feck the fat wank, serves him right....
