knee pain
Hi guys,
I have just recently started to do some really long shift. Long driving times, lots of traffic, breaking and I am starting to feel my right knee are getting sore.
Does anyone have the same problem?
Is it just temporary until the knee gets used to the job or is it likely to get worse?
thanks

Could be that you haven't got the seat right...

Yeah you might need to adjust your driving position.Try to experiment with different positions to see if this takes pressure off your knee.

I get leg pain a lot when driving, But i am 6"3 - 6"4 if your of similar size then as others have said seat position is key but with ill fitted seats in most buses these days it is very hard to get it spot on. First is a major culprit for this.
