Watches...

Has anyone else who works for the Pink F been given a free radio watch? I thought this is a new one on me. Not that I'm complaining, I mean never complain about having free stuff. Although it was pointed out that because it's an atomic watch no one ever has the excuse that they were late because they forgot to put their watch forward or back, or it was running slow!

Until the watch battery goes flat or it goes knackered, just like everything from Worst lol

Yeah I was wondering what happens when the battery runs out.

Never been given a watch.Got given a little LED torch which fits on a keyring.It`s supposed to be used when checking a bus when it`s dark.

First Glasgow have given out these watches for a few years now.When the battery goes you will get a replacement watch but know doubt it will be second hand were the watch has had the same problem but has now had the battery replaced.As for the LED torch wouldn't mind one of them.

Oh and there was me thinking that the backwaters of Eastern England were the first to have this!!

What you want to do Daisy, when the battery goes and they give you a new watch, take the old watch to Timpsons and get them to put a 'Battery for Life' in.

You keep the receipt and whenever the battery dies, they fit a new one for free

They will probably be crafty will First, and demand you hand the 'flat' watch in..

I believe that someone in a previous post said that you hand them back to the company if the battery goes flat.
