Does anyone have any tips for sore muscles? I was bouncing for must of the day yesterday, and well it come back on me now!

I shall be merrily hiccuping on it on Sunday 7th October 2012 when I finally have a day off!
It will relax your muscles no end...& a good long massage!...as long as I'm not on the back of the bus with Martin at the time...oohh!...oh, I don't know...!
