first or stagecoach

hi fellow members really need some help here ive had my pcv for 6 years now worked for arriva north east ....but now i have been offered a job with first western bath and stagecoach cambridge i have lived in both areas cambridge for over ten years and bath for 4 so know the areas quite well my question is i need advice on which offer to take iam due to start with first on the 3rd of jan 2012 and stagecoach on the 16th jan so any help advice which is worse or better thanks ..

My advice would be to take the job which has a depot nearest home because at the end of the day whether you choose First or Stagecoach it's still driving a bus.

the depot been closer does not matter as its a whole new move cambridge 300miles bath is 380 so need peolpes thoughts on which company better to work for .. cheers

Its down to personal preference really, both are pretty much the same.
Look at the corperate sites and see what the route's are like for both companys.

Also look at the area's (rents/property prices etc)

At the end of the day its down to what depot staff/managers are like and you won't know until you start.
