Must be awful driving a bus when the throttle sticks on.It`s never happened to me touch wood, but you have to feel for that driver after all he was a passenger and heading straight to the scene of the accident.

Are Darts prone to the throttle sticking on?

I have a feeling the idiot was revving the bus with the middle doors open & didnt realise why, the doors shut and the bus lurched forward violently..Similar to the Ainsleys incident in Leeds with the burndi bus!

I thought he did it on purpose because he was enraged about the porche parking at the bus stop?

I have, as I was pulling out on a roundabout.. luckily nothing was in my way so stuck it in neutral and let it rev its tits off!

Phoned it in and was told to carry on and "drive accordingly"... like f*ck!

Think darts have a reputation of throttles getting stuck, anyone remember the incident in Dumbarton a few years back where a Ex London dart slamed into a wall oporated by First Glasgow.

Thankfully its few and far between and the Porsche driver had a lucky escape as you can see the driver steping out of the car seconds before the bus slams into the back the Porsche, not only will the Porsche driver have a hefty insurence bill the driver will be fined for the offence of parking at a bus stop. Laughing

Wish we had this all round the uk not just in London!
